Back Property Expo at Kochi

KOCHI: Kerala Builders Forum, an association of builders in the State, is organising a 3-day `Property Expo' here from July 29. This is the third year in succession that KBF is holding the property show in Kochi.

The KBF Chairman, Mr Gokulam S. Venugopal, said the exhibition would provide an opportunity for those wanting to select homes of their dreams suited to their budget and taste. On the spot home loans would also be available.

The idea is to bring together the prospective homebuyers, the builders and the housing finance institutions under one roof. This year ICICI bank home loans are the main sponsors of the event. Apart from it, 10 housing financial institutions and building material suppliers are also participating in the event, he said.
