Floodgates open for film-stars

WHILE IT is raining everywhere, there are signs of offers flooding some Kannada film stars, those in Gandhinagar say. Now, it is all about films that span generations and decades.

Upendra is reported to be busy with a film set in a bygone era, which then moves slowly to the current period. Changes of period and costumes always delight filmgoers. We have some heroes who continue to play the romantic lead decades after they entered the profession.
