CLB directive on Pentamedia

CHENNAI: The Company Law Board (CLB), Chennai, on Monday said it found various irregularities and non-compliances by the Chennai-based Pentamedia Graphics and asked the Central Government to appoint two directors on its board for three years to take "corrective steps.''
