Back Infotech CFO in new role

HYDERABAD: Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that effective August 1, Mr Mohan Krishna Reddy, Chief Financial Officer, will move into a new role as Advisor to Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).

In this role, he would be assisting the CMD in the areas of investor relations, mergers and acquisition, fund raising and other such related issues.

Mr Mohan Krishna will continue this role till January 31, 2006. He has expressed his desire to pursue his entrepreneurial interest post January 31, 2006. Further, the company has informed that Mr Nataraja, Vice-President, will assume the responsibility of Finance and Accounts.
