Amrutanjan MD dead

CHENNAI: S. Radhakrishna, managing director, Amrutanjan Ltd, and grandson of the veteran freedom fighter, late Nageswararao Panthulu, died of cardiac arrest at his residence here on Thursday morning. He was 72 and is survived by his wife and son.

Mr. Radhakrishna was the director of Amrutanjan since 1954, before taking over as its Managing Director in 1990. He made Amrutanjan a household medicine. He was the Editor of the now defunct Andhra Patrika for over three decades.
