First round of counselling for MCA concludes

BELGAUM: The PGCET counselling for admissions to MCA for 2005-06 was conducted for those holding ranks from 1,401 to the last rank for the third day on Thursday. With this, Round-I of the counselling is complete. According to the member-secretary of the Common Postgraduation Admission Committee and Registrar, Visvesvaraya Technological University, M.S. Shivakumar, candidates who remained absent or have not selected a seat are eligible for Round-II of the counselling. Such candidates who have been selected for a seat in Round-I and wish to attend Round-II should bring the original provisional admission order and receipt.
