Back Workshop on algorithms at Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management - Kerala (IIITM-K) is organising a two-day workshop on `Analysis and Design of Algorithms' on August 26 and 27 at Travancore Hall, Technopark.

An earlier workshop on the same subject had evoked enthusiastic response from the teachers and scholars from different colleges and universities in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, a spokesperson for IIITM-K said here.

The Kerala Education Grid and the Kerala Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Computer Society will jointly host next week's workshop. Prof C. Pandu Rangan, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT-Madras and a well-known expert in the field, will be the principal resource person.
