Apollo Sindhoori recommends Rs. 4 per share

CHENNAI: Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments proposes to issue shares on rights basis to the existing shareholders at one share for every five shares held. The pricing will be Rs. 100 per share. The resolution for the rights issue will be placed at the ensuing AGM. The board also recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per share on the existing 27.70 lakh equity shares.
