CHENNAI:Servion Global Solutions, a Chennai-based provider of contact optimisation solutions, is expanding its presence in Asia-Pacific by opening an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It has a presence in Singapore, says a company press release. There is an enormous potential in Malaysia in the contact centre industry with banks and telecom services providers consolidating and planning to acquire latest technologies. The government sector is also opening up and needs automation and service enhancements/productivity tools. Servion intends to play a critical role in the contact centre solutions market in Malaysia and tap these opportunities, says the press release.
