Back Idea launches `Music Masti'

KOCHI: Idea Cellular Ltd launched `Music Masti' on the Say Idea Voice portal here on Tuesday.

This service, according to a release here, allows the customer to listen to and dedicate songs, and preview and download ringtones from the Say Idea Voice portal.

IDEA customers can use the Music Masti service by dialling `456.' The customers will be charged Rs 6.99 per minute for accessing Music Masti. For downloading polyphonic tones, data charges will be applicable as per the GPRS tariff plan. Besides, the customer can avail himself of various services through Music Masti.

Idea Cellular had scored the highest percentage in metros and circles B and C in customer satisfaction and the highest percentage in value-added services and overall sales satisfaction as per the Voice and Data — Customer Satisfaction Survey in December 4.
