Back TVS-E launches multi-lingual call centre in Bangalore

TVS-Electronics, the Chennai-based IT peripheral manufacturer, has launched a multi-lingual call centre in Tumkur near Bangalore, to serve customers in IT and telecom verticals.

With an investment of Rs 2 crore, the centre provides technical support for personal computers, peripherals, POS (point of sale) terminals, mobile handsets and other ICT (information, communication and technology) products. It also provides technology support to financial institutions in the merchant acquiring business, says a company press release.

Mr G. Harikumar, General Manager, Business Development, TVS-E, said the centre would offer end-to-end solutions right from technology support to online customer relationship management. In a phased manner, the service will be available in 12 Indian languages.
