Back Talaulicar is new Cummins' V-P

MR ANANT Talaulicar, Chairman and Managing Director, Cummins India Ltd, has been named Vice-President - Cummins Inc, effective September 2005.

Mr Anant Talaulicar, 44, who also serves as Managing Director of Cummins India Area Business Office and of Tata Cummins Ltd - a 50:50 joint venture with Tata Motors - has been in his current position since March 2004.

A native of Mumbai, Mr Talaulicar has worked full-time for Cummins since1988 and has held a number of positions in the company, both in the US and India.

He earned his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University and Master's degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Tulane University.
