Back Raymond to divest stake in Colorplus to apparel arm

RAYMOND Ltd has decided to divest its entire shareholding of 74.1 per cent in Colorplus Fashions Ltd to Raymond Apparel.

The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the move was intended to consolidate its apparel business.
