Back SCR releases in-house journal

HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway (SCR) has released `Rail Vani', a quarterly bilingual (English and Hindi) in-house magazine.

"The house journal will act as an instrument to bridge the gap between the management and employees," an SCR press release said here on Thursday.

There was a need for a two-way communication channel and this magazine would address it, the release said.
