Back Zensar Tech in pact with SMT Direct Marketing

ZENSAR Technologies has announced an alliance with SMT Direct Marketing, provider of multi-media contact centre outsourcing services, to provide a combined IT, voice and business process outsourcing services for its international clients through an "Opti-Shore" delivery model.

Mr Aamod Wagh - Zensar Senior Vice-President and Head of the BPO business unit said, "As we plan to build our second contact centre in Pune to service the North American market, we needed to partner with an innovative US/Canada-based BPO and contact centre solutions organisation, which leveraged technology and best practices of both organisations."
