Back Sterlite share allotment

MUMBAI: Sterlite Industries (India) has informed the BSE that the Committee of Directors has allotted 5,76,800 equity shares of Rs 5 each on conversion of 7,000 foreign currency convertible bonds. "The equity shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing shares of the company,'' it said.
