The Japanese shipping line MOL has upgraded its training facilities at its seamen's training school in Mumbai to meet rising demand for skilled seafarers caused by the expansion of the global trade. The number of seats in the school has been increased from 220 to 350 per year. The expanded facility includes PC-based LNG loading/unloading simulator, turbine engine simulator and LNG piping panel.
