Back Hutch offers full talk-time, low cost recharge cards

CELLULAR service provider Hutch today announced recharge coupons for its pre-paid card users for Rs 10 with talk-time worth the full amount.

The coupon called Chota Recharge-Puri Baat ranges from Rs 10 to Rs 198 and offers talk-time without deducting any access charges if the customer opts to recharge within the validity period.

At present, a pre-paid customer does not get talk-time for the full amount that he pays. For instance, a recharge coupon of Rs 335 offers talk time of Rs 150 at present. Even if a customer recharges within the validity period, they have to purchase recharge coupons costing not lower than Rs 55, where they have to pay an access fee of Rs 33,offering very little talk-time.

"Chota Recharge will make pre-paid usage even more affordable for Hutch's existing and potential users, leading to a significant change in pre-paid usage patterns and the mobile industry as a whole. This pricing innovation will ensure more talk-time at the same cost and therefore more value for money," said a press release.
