Hyderabad , Sept. 29 SATNAV Technologies, an IT company, has announced its partnership with the Bahrain-based Almoayed Group and the Saudi company Al-Daleel Information Systems, to expand its presence in the West Asian market. Both the partners will help SatNav to take its flagship product a-Mantra, a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) tool, to West Asia. Currently, the potential customer base includes senior level contacts in large corporate houses, banks and financial institutions and government departments. The Managing Director of SatNav, Mr Amit Prasad, said, "Traditionally, the CAFM products are available at a cost of around $100,000 and above, and our product has a cost advantage of being almost 60 per cent lower and offering the same functionality." Currently, over 70,000 employees of Satyam Computers, ICICI and GECIS Global are using the A-Mantra application. "A-Mantra helps companies with multi-location offices, providing them with an easy method of managing and optimising their space, assets, facilities and employee services," he said. SatNav has a direct presence in California, New Jersey and Singapore, including partners spread across four continents.
