Back Hegemony vs leadership

This refers to the article `The role of generalists' (Business Line, October 14).

The debate is not about the necessity for generalists and the valuable role they play in administration.

What is exceptionable is the hegemony and aggrandisement of all the available space in leadership and management in government by the closely-knit network of the IAS.
