Back Dabur Pharma Q2 net profit up 6.7 pc

DABUR Pharma Ltd today reported 6.7 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 4.77 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as compared to Rs 4.47 crore in the same period last year. Income from operations was up marginally at Rs 73.23 crore during the quarter, as against Rs 71.39 crore during the same period last fiscal, a company release said.

The company reported a 15 per cent jump in net profit during the half year ended September 30, 2005 at Rs 10.78 crore, as against a net of Rs 9.37 crore during the same period last year.
