Back IT service forum opens India chapter in Bangalore

THE IT Service Management Forum launched its India chapter on Thursday at Bangalore IT.in. The UK-based Forum is an independent body of IT service management professionals, worldwide. Till date, 37 countries, including India, are members of the Forum.

According to Prof S. Sadagopan, Director, Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) and head of the Indian chapter of the ITSM, said, "The Indian chapter will enhance capabilities in the IT service management".
