Back HSBC picks up 7.57 pc in Orchid Chemicals

HSBC Investments (Hongkong) Ltd has informed the stock exchange that HSBC Global Investment Funds - A/C HSBC Global Investment Funds (Mauritius) Ltd along with HSBC Investments (Hongkong) Ltd (PAC) has acquired 46 lakh shares of Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd on October 28.

The acquisition aggregates to 7.57 per cent of the total paid-up capital of Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, says the notification.
