Back IVRCL to raise $140 m

HYDERABAD: IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd has decided to raise $140 million as against the earlier plan of $200 million keeping in view the prevailing market conditions and also the new guidelines on pricing of global offerings.

The company informed the stock exchanges that the decision was taken at its board meeting held on October 29. The company has also decided to go to the shareholders and pass a fresh resolution for raising the monies.
