SUJANA Universal Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors has passed a resolution for issue of equity shares by way of preferential allotment to the extent not exceeding Rs 4 crore, consisting of 40-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, to the promoters and others.
