PATNA: With the outcome of the third phase election in 57 constituencies on Sunday holding the key to government formation in Bihar, the RJD-led Secular Democratic Front and the NDA are still engaged in a battle royal to woo the 1.17 crore electorate even though campaigning closed on Friday itself. An elaborate security arrangement has been laid out to put down any design that the Maoist naxalites might foment on the day of polling. The Indo-Nepal borders have been sealed with the Royal Nepal Army deployed on its side of the border to check intrusion.
