Back Sells 1-lakh Astra Micro shares

HYDERABAD: Astra Microwave Products Ltd (AMPL) has informed the stock exchanges that one of its shareholders — Strategic Ventures Fund (Mauritius) Ltd — has sold 1-lakh shares on November 11.

Strategic Ventures was holding 19.37 per cent in the total shareholding of AMPL. Following the sale of shares, the shareholding of Strategic Ventures has come down to 19.19, the company said.
