Back Correction

With reference to the news report titled "Major ports show 13.4 pc rise in H1 traffic" that appeared in these columns on November 12, Kandla Port has clarified that its traffic increased by 11.51 per cent and not as mentioned in the report. (The figures were taken from the Chennai Port Trust's Web site.)
