A vendor selling cabbage on the roadside in Kochi. India is the second largest producer of this vegetable. With the weather improving, arrival of vegetables has improved. This has resulted in prices coming down. Currently, cabbage prices have declined to Rs 350 a quintal from Rs 500 last week.
