No Bangalore Habba on Palace Grounds

Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar has said that the Bangalore Habba, scheduled to be organised from December 9, will not be held at the Bangalore Palace lawns with the palace as a backdrop, as in earlier years. He was clarifying questions about the venue of th habba as stated by the organisers.

Painting competition

Nehru Smaraka Vidya Niketan, 7th Block, Jayanagar, is organising an on-the-spot painting competition for children on November 26 from 9 a.m. to noon at Sri Lakshman Rao Park. Students of nursery to high school in Bangalore Urban and Rural districts can participate. They can come to the venue with school ID cards and schools can also sent entry forms earlier. Health camp
