Back New philanthropy centre to be set up at Nitte

MANGALORE: The Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management will set up `Centre for Studies on Philanthropy' at Nitte in Udupi district. A press release by the institute said here on Friday that Dr Samiul Hasan of the School of Management, University of Technology, Australia, would inaugurate the centre on November 19. Dr Masa Deguchi, President of International Society for Third Sector Research, the US, and Dr N.K. Thingalaya, Chairman of the Academic Council of the institute, will be present on the occasion. Mr N. Vinay Hegde, President of the Nitte Education Trust, would preside over the function, the release added.
