THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CompuSystems, a Michigan-based company, and affiliate MVS Software Consulting operating out of Bangalore and Thiruvananthapuram, have announced the opening of a new venture in the transcriptions domain. Announcing this, Mr Mathew Varghese, Chief Executing Officer, CompuSystems, said the company proposed to become a leading player in the specialised areas of business process outsourcing and end-to-end solutions in the recruitment arena, including IT and engineering. The company has already won 20 major clients in the US and the UK for BPO services in the medical, business, general and earnings call transcription. The 200-seater facilities based here and in Bangalore are expected to generate 1,200 job opportunities by the end of year 2006. The company expects to clock turnover in excess of $40 million over the next two years.
