MAHABUBNAGAR: Rafeeq (25), Congress party activist and follower of Jupally Krishna Rao, Kollapur MLA, was shot dead by CPI (Maoists) last night at Bommanapally village in Achempet mandal. According to police around 10:30 p.m. Rafeeq was summoned by the Maoists to Bommanapally village shot dead. Maoists branded him as a police informer. Correspondent

Home guard killed

WARANGAL: N axalites belonging to the Janashakthi group shot dead a home guard in Katapur village of Tadvai mandal late on Wednesday night.

Arms dump unearthed
