Back Rs 132-cr subsidy for tsunami-hit fishermen

NEW DELHI: The Government has released Rs 131.91 crore as subsidy to Tamil Nadu fishermen for replacing the fishing boats affected during the tsunami.

The Centre has also released Rs 160 crore to Karnataka for flood relief operations, an official release said.
