Reliance fixes Jan. 25 as record date

MUMBAI: Reliance Industries has fixed January 25, 2006 as record date for allocating shares of its demerged entities to its shareholders. The Bombay High Court had earlier this month approved a scheme to demerge four entities out of RIL.
