Back ICSI seminar in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Hyderabad Chapter) in association with the Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd and Secure Matrix India Private Ltd, Mumbai is organising a half-a-day seminar on "Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement" on Thursday here.

Mr G. Anantharaman, Whole-time Member, Securities & Exchange Board of India and Mr P.S. Reddy, Chief General Manager, Bombay Stock Exchange will address the seminar, according to a press release from the ICSI.
