Back GIC Housing rights issue

MUMBAI: The board of directors of GIC Housing Finance Ltd has approved the issue of rights shares in the ratio of one share for every one share held.

This was decided at a board meeting on Monday, according to a notice issued to the stock exchanges by the company.
