Man sentenced

BANGALORE: The 8th Additional City Metropolitan Magistrate has sentenced Sheikh Nasir, a mini-truck driver, to three months of simple imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs. 10,500 on finding him guilty of causing death a person travelling in a bullock cart. In February 1996, Nasir knocked down a bullock cart on N.R. Road causing the death of Shivakumar.
