Back Udayan Bose joins Reliance Cap board

RELIANCE Capital Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Udayan Bose, former Managing Director, Lazard UK and USA and founder Chairman, Lazard India, has joined the Board of the Company on December 29, 2005.

He has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in banking, corporate finance, project finance and restructuring.
