HYDERABAD: State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) has announced the introduction of `no-frills savings bank account' here on Monday.

The minimum balance for such a savings account would be Rs 25 in rural and semi-urban areas and Rs 50 in urban areas, the bank said.

According to the bank, chequebook facility would not be available under the no-frills account scheme and ATM cards would be provided on selective basis.
