Manmohan's concern over Sharon's health

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has expressed concern about the health of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, whose condition is said to be serious. In a letter sent to the Israeli Government on Thursday, the Prime Minister conveyed his best wishes for Mr. Sharon's recovery.

Mr. Sharon was the first Israeli Prime Minister to visit India in September 2003 when the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance was in power.
