Pak co. signs MOUs with Reliance, BNC

ISLAMABAD: State-run Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has signed MOUs with two Indian telecom companies — Reliance and BNC — to provide cable link between the two countries through the Wagah border.
