Back Maruti, Ford raise prices

MARUTI Udyog has increased the prices of its products across the board. The price hike, which varies from Rs 1,500 to Rs 15,000 on various models is already effective. While the entry level Maruti 800 will cost Rs 3,000 more, Zen and WagonR will be dearer by Rs 5,000. The Omni van has been hiked by Rs 1,500, LPG variant has been hiked by Rs 3,000.

Ford has increased the prices of all the four variants of its newly launched sedan-Fiesta. The price of the entry-level 1.4-litre EXi will go up by Rs 6,000 to Rs 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The hike in case of other three models is Rs 10,000.
