Chief Ministers and Governments were jostling with each other to woo investors to their respective States during the Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas.

If one flaunted the IT card, the other talked about the blessings of God. One boasted of winds of political change while another strutted recent billion-dollar investments. Weren't our leaders getting too dull and drab in the hard-sell department?
