Reliance launches new scheme

BANGALORE: Reliance Infocomm on Sunday launched a new scheme allowing free outgoing calls on purchase of mobile handsets. S.P. Shukla, President (Wireless), Reliance Infocomm, told presspersons in a video conference here that subscribers would get talk time worth Rs. 2,000 each which they could use up to nine months. Additionally, it offered 2000 short messaging service (SMS) that could be sent to any phone within the State, he added.

He said on purchase of five select models of LG handsets priced between Rs. 1,900-Rs. 8,000, the subscribers would get the benefit of the new scheme.
