Back Avon Organics mulls pref issue

HYDERABAD: Avon Organics Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on January 30 to consider preferential issue of 30-lakh equity shares.

The board would also consider taking on record the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31.
