EPF grievances adalat

Bhavishyanidhi Adalat will be held on February 10 at the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Barkatpura, to settle the grievances of the members of EPF. Members having any grievances can submit the same to P. Sudhakar Babu, Additional Centre PF Commissioner, South Zone, either in person or by post or through fax (040-27561977) before February 2.

Three-day course on vegetable carving

The School of Gardening of Agri-Horticultural Society is offering a three-day training course in Vegetable Carving from Friday. Interested can contact the school at Public Gardens or over phone 23299779 or 55591474.

Women's college expo

An open house exhibition will be organised on Friday and Saturday by the Osmania University College for Women, Koti, as part of its efforts to showcase the strengths of its individual departments. The expo will have PG and UG students exhibiting innovative experiments in the fields of chemistry, IT, physics, electronics, genetics and other subjects. The event will be open to all high school students and girl college students from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

Nokia launches `Connect'

Nokia, the mobile communications company, has launched `Connect', a consumer education programme aimed at demystifying mobile technology. This would make it simpler for consumers to use the various features and applications available in Nokia phones, a release from Nokia said.
