Bangalore: Manipal Hospital received the prestigious Golden Peacock National Quality Award in the service category. The award was presented to R. Basil, Director and CEO-Manipal Health Systems during the 16th World Congress on Total Quality in New Delhi by Chief Minister Sheila Dixit recently. "We have taken many patient-friendly initiatives at our hospital, giving personalised care to each and every individual," said Mr. Basil.
