Back Apollo Hospitals' Q3 net up 52 pc at Rs 16.9 cr

APOLLO Hospitals Enterprise Ltd's Q3 net profit after tax (PAT) is up 52 per cent at Rs 16.9 crore compared to the year-ago period.

Its total income is up 23 per cent at Rs 184.10 crore (Rs 149.20 crore).

Dr Prathap C. Reddy, Chairman, Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd, said, "The increasing number of high-end procedures performed across specialties of cardiology, oncology and orthopaedics has contributed significantly to this increase in profit."

The quarter also saw the Star Export House status being bestowed upon the group by the Government. This is given to exporters who have achieved minimum exports of Rs 15 crore in the preceding three years.
