Back Bombay Dyeing posts higher net profit

MUMBAI: The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has posted an increase in net profit by 224.69 per cent at Rs 26.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005, as compared to Rs 8.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Total income has increased from Rs 261.4 crore in the previous year to Rs 273.7 crore for Q3 FY 05-06. On BSE, Bombay Dyeing shares ended at Rs 364.45, down 3.10 per cent from the previous close.
